Inspired by her love for chocolate, Tina began making truffles and chocolate based desserts 0ver 30 years ago. As the years passed she was getting more and more requests for weddings and special occasions. 2 Tarts & A Truffle began in 2013 following completion of a certificate from 'Ecole Chocolat'. Today Tina has created 16 unique truffle recipes using only fresh ingredients and the finest Belgium Chocolate. Mousse cakes, decadent torte like brownies, and butter tarts are also main stays. The cupcakes are unique in both design and in the recipe. They are layered with a cookie base, Belgium Chocolate, cake, and buttercream. Mini cupcakes are dipped in Belgium Chocolate for a mix of textures experienced with the first bite. 2 Tarts & A Truffle is a home based business, no store front, and pre-orders for baked goods only. Boxed truffles are usually on hand, especially during the busy seasons of Christmas, Valentine's, and Easter.
